Background and industry experience

Arthur is a Partner based in the Birmingham Office. He joined the Fisher German Development team in October 2023. Arthur has over twelve years of experience within the residential development agency and consultancy sector. He joined FG from Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office. Five years prior to that he was at Savills where he started his career in their Norwich Office. Arthur qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2014 through the Planning & Development pathway. Arthur Studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University between 2008 – 2011.
Arthur has worked with a wide range of clients over his career, including public and private sector. His main expertise is in advising on the promotion, disposal, and acquisition of residential development land and property.
Family commitments permitting, Arthur has a keen interest in golf and is a member of Edgbaston Golf Club. The rest of Arthur’s free time is spent travelling or working on his smallholding in Warwickshire.
