Max Fellows 01

Two experienced surveyors have joined our development team as we look to grow our influence in the Midlands. Phoebe Clark and Max Fellows have joined our office in Newark and Birmingham respectively as we continue to add talented staff to its team.

Phoebe joins as a Senior Associate following eight years with Savills in Norwich, London, and Nottingham. She will work out of our office in Newark-on-Trent and will look to seal residential development deals throughout the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

Max, who previously worked for JLL in the city after graduating from Reading University, will work as a senior surveyor alongside partner Arthur Morgan, based in our new Colmore Row office in central Birmingham, to take advantage of new development opportunities in the Midlands and bolster our relationship with our existing clients.

Phoebe said: “With Fisher German’s recent growth, it seemed like a really great time to be joining the firm. Fisher German has always had an excellent reputation in the sector, and I felt I could play a key role in the firm’s success and grow my career."

“The East Midlands land market has proven to be more resilient compared to other parts of the country, and therefore demand for opportunities of all sizes has remained strong. With the likelihood that the delivery of housing will be high on the political agenda, I’m confident I can use my expertise and my strong network to secure the deals that will ensure the homes the area needs are built.”

Max said: “Fisher German’s move into Colmore Row was quite a big statement, and having an office right in the heart of Birmingham was certainly a big draw for me. It’s great to be joining the firm at a time when the team is really focused on growth, and I’m really looking forward to being a part of that over the coming years.

“My role will mostly be looking to help grow our influence in the south of the region where we expect a lot of potential opportunities, and my previous experience in working on large-scale development opportunities and directly with local authorities will stand me in good stead.”

Partner, Luke Brafield, who also works in our development agency team, added: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Phoebe and Max to the team. The pair bring extensive experience and contacts with them, and we’re confident they will play an important role in delivering major residential developments across the Midlands.”
