Clapping Hands 01

We are thrilled to announce that we have been selected to provide rural property management services to the Church Commissioners for England, one of the nation’s largest landowners.

This prestigious five-year contract will involve our teams from Doncaster, Chester, Ashby, Worcester, and Bedford, managing extensive rural land and property across England, particularly in the North and Midlands.

Our experts will offer comprehensive advice in various specialisms, including planning, development, investment, building consultancy, environmental sustainability, and telecoms. We are proud to be one of only two consultancies chosen to manage the Church Commissioners’ farmland portfolio following a competitive tender process.

One of our partners, Head of Rural Property Management and lead on this contract, Rebecca Ruck-Keene said: “We are extremely pleased to be awarded this contract by the Church Commissioners for England. This significant five-year contract highlights the strength of our rural property team and the extensive range of services we provide across a wide geographical area.

“The Church Commissioners, known for their strong values and commitment to high-quality assets for tenants, sought a consultancy that shares these values and maintains high professional standards. This competitive tender process has firmly established us as one of the top multi-disciplinary property consultancies in the UK.”

Joanna Loxton, Head of Land at the Church Commissioners for England, commented: “Our managing agents will collaborate closely with our asset managers and farming tenants to support sustainable farming and food production across our nationwide portfolio. We look forward to working with the Fisher German team to enhance our tenant engagement and long-term stewardship programs.”

Ciara Williams, Head of Farmland at the Church Commissioners for England, added: “Understanding the individual needs of our farming tenants through regular engagement is a major focus for us. We strive to share best practices in land management and conservation, and in Fisher German, we have a partner that shares our values of sustainability, collaboration, and long-term stewardship.”
