Stephanie Christensen, an Associate in our valuations team based out of the Exeter office, has been named a finalist in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Matrics Surveyor Awards 2024.

Formerly known as the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Awards, this prestigious recognition celebrates the accomplishments of up-and-coming surveyors, highlighting their innovation and hard work within the industry.

Stephanie is a finalist for the Valuation Surveyor of the Year award, which recognises outstanding skills, knowledge, and customer service in valuation. She said: “I am delighted and honored to have been selected as a finalist. It would not have been possible without the continued support and trust of the wider team, which continues to help me grow. I am thrilled to have reached the finals and am looking forward to meeting the other finalists in Manchester in November.”

The ultimate accolade, the ‘RICS Matrics Surveyor of the Year’ title, will be awarded to the category winner who not only achieves extraordinary success in their career but also demonstrates unwavering commitment to inspiring and supporting future talent, advancing the surveying profession.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on November 15 at the Midland Hotel in Manchester.
