We are to open a major new office in the heart of Birmingham’s business community as we seek to make significant investments in the city with service line expansion. We will be opening our new 7,300 sq ft office at 15 Colmore Row in November and are moving the staff from our existing offices to central Birmingham in time for its opening day.
Some of our key services including commercial agency, commercial property management, investment, valuation, business rates, town planning, sustainable energy, telecoms and building consultancy services will all operate out of the new office, with us looking to quickly integrate with the many businesses in the area when the office opens. 75 people will be based from the new Birmingham office from early November with an ambition to grow this further over the coming years.
Our Divisional Managing Partner, Stuart Flint, said: “Birmingham is a key city where we have identified a lot of untapped potential, and our new office on Colmore Row will put us in the perfect location to grow our influence there. Whilst we have been active around Birmingham for around 30 years from our other offices, central Birmingham’s highly accessible location made it a desirable place to expand our West Midlands operations from, not only for our clients but for our staff too.
“We are demonstrating our commitment to our work in the city by moving our staff here and recruiting for numerous service lines. We are already looking for talented individuals to join the team as we look to grow quickly.”
Our Managing Partner, Andrew Bridge, added: “The opening of our new office in the centre of Birmingham will allow us to target a more urban-orientated market alongside our already strong rural offering. It is the perfect addition to the established offices we have in Manchester, Liverpool and London.
“We are very much a ‘farm-to-city’ firm that provides a full range of property services for clients, from helping a landowner receive planning permission for development, advising clients on property investment strategy, and leasing commercial units to new occupiers. The opening of the office at Colmore Row will be the start of an exciting new chapter for us in Birmingham, and we are very much looking forward to getting started.”
