- 2009 - 2012: Liaison with client and contractors during construction
- 2018: Preparation of evidence to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) for the determination of the compensation due
Benefits
- Before the Compulsory Purchase Orders we agreed: construction of an underpass in place of a proposed overbridge; removal of a proposed lay-by; retention of a side road as adopted highway; design of replacement accesses, areas of tree planting and landscaping
- Public Inquiries: Proposed and agreed the design of a bespoke bridleway bridge; ensured that private means of access to retained land were designed to an approved specification; agreed payment of inquiry costs and fees
- During construction we agreed: a comprehensive package of accommodation works; the construction of a large earth bund to screen retained land; off-site planting and bat mitigation agreements; the construction of a 500m residential drive; three advance payments of compensation and fees
- Post Construction we agreed: compensation in excess of £1,750,000 plus professional fees
