The site comprises of hard-surfaced, open storage space, which is broadly L-shaped, consisting of two rectangular strips and is level in nature. The plot does not benefit from existing services such as electric, water and drainage. It forms part of a site that was previously used as an airfield, the wider site is enclosed, and access is provided by electric gates.
