Background and industry experience

Struan is a Partner based in Doncaster and leads the Rural Management and Consultancy Team in the North East.

A specialist in rural estate management and consultancy, with a strong background in commercial and residential property due to several diverse client portfolios. Struan spends much of his time working in the North Midlands and Yorkshire area concentrating on urban fringe rural estate management.

Struan is a RICS Register Valuer and an introducer for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC

His main area of expertise is estate management and consultancy, acting as the day to day contact on over 6,000 acres of agricultural, residential and commercial property in Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. He is involved in providing advice in relation to purchase and sale of a wide variety of land and property across England. Struan also provides agricultural and rural finance advice to estate and farming clients.

Struan is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers and a RICS registered valuer.
