Background and industry experience

Richard is a Partner in the lease advisory team, based in London. His client work focuses on rent review and lease renewal work for owners and occupiers in the commercial property sector. In addition, he advises clients on their overall portfolios working with colleagues in other disciplines.

He has over 35 years of experience having worked on projects all over the UK for a range of corporate, public, private and family clients.

Outside work he is a keen sportsman following rugby and cricket whilst finding time for cycling and playing golf.
