Background and industry experience

Libby is a Senior Surveyor in the Valuation team, predominantly undertaking commercial valuations, along with development appraisals and residential valuations in the north of England. The team provides valuations for a mixture of purposes such as secured lending, accounting and internal reporting. In addition, Libby undertakes some Landlord and Tenant work including rent reviews and lease renewals.

Since passing her APC in 2020 Libby has helped mentor candidates throughout their APC process and is currently a supervisor and councilor to several graduates.

Libby lives in Knutsford with her husband, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family. In her spare time Libby enjoys jogging, baking and watching rom-coms.

When did you join Fisher German?
I started at Matthews & Goodman in 2019, who have since merged in 2022.

Why did you join Fisher German?
I wanted to wok for a relatively small firm where you aren't just a number and you know both your colleagues and clients.

What has been your favourite project and why?
I enjoy undertaking residual appraisals within close proximity to where I live as you can see how the development progresses.
