We manage approaching 8.5 million sq ft and £32 million in rent. It is estimated that the total value of the portfolios here is valued in excess of £370 million.

Directions

From Newcastle City Centre take A167(M) north, turning right onto B1318 (Great North Road). At 1st roundabout take 3rd exit onto Jesmond Dene Road. After 0.5 miles turn left onto Ilford Road. At T junction turn right onto Stoneyhurst Road, then 3rd exit onto Windsor Terrace. Turn right at T-junction onto Station Road. 2nd exit at 1st roundabout and 2nd exit at 2nd roundabout onto Benton Park Road. Spaceworks office building is on the left adjacent to Lidl supermarket.
