The Bedford office was formed following a merger with Warmingtons chartered surveyors in 2015.. The Bedford team mainly focus on agricultural, rural residential, development and diversification as well as rural lettings, management and property sales. Directions

From M1

Exit the M1 at junction 13 and follow signs for the A421. After approximately 11 miles take the A603 exit towards Sandy/Bedford. At the roundabout, take the second exit marked Priory Business Park. Keep to the right and continue towards Fraser Road. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Fraser Road. Stephenson Court then comes up on the left hand side.

From Northampton

Take the A428 east from Northampton following the signs for Bedford. After approximately 20 miles take the second exit on the roundabout continuing on the A428 towards Cambridge/Kempston. After approximately 3 miles, at the roundabout take the second exit and merge onto the A421 slip road to A1/Cambridge/ Bedford. After 7 miles take the A603 exit towards Sandy/Bedford. At the roundabout, take the second exit marked Priory Business Park. Keep to the right and continue towards Fraser Road. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Fraser Road. Stephenson Court then comes up on the left hand side.
