Meon Vale

Our commercial agency team has strengthened its relationship with a leading industrial and logistics developer after being instructed to market two vacant warehouse units at a major Warwickshire industrial estate.

We have been appointed alongside joint agents Bromwich Hardy to market the two warehouses at Meon Vale Business Park, south of Stratford-upon-Avon, owned by St Modwen Logistics, a Blackstone portfolio company. Earlier this year St Modwen Logistics announced that, from July 2024, their portfolio of assets will become part of Indurent, a new pure-play UK logistics champion.

The warehouses, which offer 88,838 and 42,764 sq ft of space respectively, provide cost-effective accommodation on a well-located and secure estate.

The instruction continues our excellent relationship with St Modwen Logistics, who have previously instructed the firm to market units at three additional estates in the region.

One of our associates, Lauren Allcoat, based at our Worcester office, said: “After acting for St Modwen Logistics with great success in Worcester, it’s great to strengthen this relationship even further through this latest instruction at Meon Vale Business Park. We would expect to see plenty of interest in the two units, so would encourage any potential tenants to get in touch.”

Surveyor, Jack Dutton, based at our new Birmingham office, added: “In a sector which continues to exhibit high levels of rental growth, Meon Vale offers an opportunity to acquire cost-effective warehouse accommodation on an established and well-located estate. Fisher German has had recent success in winning instructions in and around the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’, including sites in Warwick and Daventry, and this instruction at Meon Vale Business Park further expands our geographical reach within this area.”

St Modwen Logistics Asset Manager, Yafeth Asher, said: “Situated on the M40 corridor, Meon Vale Business Park has brilliant access to key transport routes such as the M42, M5 and M40 motorways, attracting occupiers such as Ford, GXO and Premier Components. With approximately 750,000sq ft of employment space, Meon Vale forms part of a wider St Modwen-led project to create a vibrant, mixed-use scheme which is home to more than 1,000 residential properties, boasts more than 35 acres of woodland, and benefits from a £5m leisure centre, community centre and retail properties.”
