We are celebrating after officially opening our new 7300 sq ft office at Fifteen Colmore Row as we look to grow our influence in the city’s property markets and seamlessly integrate into the Birmingham’s business community.
70 staff have moved from our Harborne office to our new office in the heart of Birmingham and we are already in the process of hiring around 25 new members of staff. as we look to seamlessly integrate into the city’s property and business communities.
Key services such as commercial agency, commercial property management, investment, valuation, business rates, town planning, sustainable energy, telecoms and building consultancy services will all operate out of the new office.
The opening comes after landlords Hortons Estate Ltd completed a CAT A refurbishment of the existing space to a high specification.

The opening comes after we acquired city centre offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool as part of its merger with the former Matthews & Goodman in 2022, to focus on delivering a wide suite of services to provide the best value for our clients.
