Hollytree Farm, located off Lower Icknield Way in Great Kimble boasts 10 warehouse units of varying sizes from B1-light industrial (use class E) to B2-General industrial and B8-storage.

The units vary in state of repair but predominantly comprise of low-level open plan workshop space with level concrete flooring, corrugated asbestos sheet pitched roof with wood cladding exterior. The units have single phase electricity apart from unit 9 which has three phase also.

There is a parking area to the entrance of the site with a small concrete area immediately outside each unit for additional parking.
