Throughout this structured programme, graduates will work rotate through three different teams, rotating every eight months over a two-year period, enabling them to gain extensive experience within the commercial sector.
These commercial rotations offer graduates the opportunity to work in the following teams:
- Valuation
- Investment
- Lease Advisory
- Business Rates Consultancy
- Office Agency
- Industrial & Logistics Agency
- Commercial Development
- Commercial Property Management
Cognate* graduates will be aiming to complete their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) after two years of experience. Non-cognate students will need to complete their APC after finishing a two-year part time RICS accredited Masters, funded by Fisher German.
Unlike other graduate roles within Fisher German, our commercial roles are regionally focused, requiring graduates to work across different offices within a region rather than staying in a single office throughout programme.
(*) Degrees in real estate, land management, surveying and planning & development, if RICS accredited, are considered as cognate.
